Bring me the problem
Adam has spent his career translating between the boardroom and the backend. The category can come later.
Client platform foundation
For now this is a secure product foundation and interface preview. When credentials and a database are connected, clients get protected access to projects, files, messages, invoices, contracts, requests, meetings, activity, and notifications.

Built differently
Adam uses modern AI-assisted engineering tools, including OpenAI Codex, to expand execution capacity. AI is an execution multiplier, not a replacement for expertise.
He defines requirements, makes architecture decisions, directs implementation, reviews outputs, tests solutions, evaluates risk, and remains accountable for the finished product.
Business Analyst -> Project Manager -> Architect -> Designer -> Developer -> Data Engineer -> QA -> Consultant
Senior consulting leadership + AI-assisted engineering + direct execution
When things have gone sideways
You need someone who can figure out why the entire thing isn't working.
Before AI could write a line of code, Adam was already being brought into organizations to figure out why things weren't working.
Capabilities
Charlotte.Guru is not built around a single tool, platform, or service category. The work starts with the business outcome.

Why Adam
I don't approach technology as a developer first. I approach it as a business problem.
My background spans business turnarounds, enterprise program management, business-process consulting, data and analytics, digital operations, and technology implementation. I've led consultants, managed complex enterprise initiatives, run web-development operations, and been responsible for turning business requirements into working solutions.
Today, I combine that experience with AI-assisted engineering to take projects from "we have a problem" to a working solution without requiring clients to assemble an entire consulting and development team.
Author. Strategist. Builder.
Adam's work extends beyond technology delivery into strategy, organizational thinking, business communication, and execution. His publications include The Strategy Code, and his Harvard academic work includes a thesis examining the visual rhetoric of US Airways advertising.
That range matters. Technology problems are rarely just technology problems. They are communication problems, process problems, incentive problems, data problems, and execution problems wearing a technical jacket.
How I work
Explain the business outcome, frustration, opportunity, or failure. Technical specifications are optional.
The answer might be software, process change, automation, AI, integration, a website, a database, reporting, architecture, leadership, or something simpler.
Use modern development tools, AI-assisted engineering, APIs, cloud platforms, business systems, and appropriate technical resources.
Measure results, identify what remains weak, and iterate.
Technology
The tools changed. The job didn't: understand the problem and make it work.
Technology leadership, business systems, program recovery, requirements, databases, SQL, reporting, analytics, integrations, SAP/business systems, stakeholder management, and enterprise transformation.
OpenAI, Codex, AI APIs, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Supabase, REST APIs, GitHub, Vercel, Stripe, Google APIs, automation platforms, analytics tools, and cloud services where appropriate.
