Outcome services

Not buzzwords. Business outcomes.

Choose the result you need. The technology stack follows after the problem is understood.

Interactive project intake

Describe the problem in plain English.

Local logic gives you a preliminary assessment without sending your request to a paid AI API.

Bring me the problem

Start with what is not working.

Adam has spent his career translating between the boardroom and the backend. The category can come later.

Client platform foundation

Client Login is ready for real authentication.

For now this is a secure product foundation and interface preview. When credentials and a database are connected, clients get protected access to projects, files, messages, invoices, contracts, requests, meetings, activity, and notifications.

Built differently

Senior judgment. AI-powered execution.

Adam uses modern AI-assisted engineering tools, including OpenAI Codex, to expand execution capacity. AI is an execution multiplier, not a replacement for expertise.

He defines requirements, makes architecture decisions, directs implementation, reviews outputs, tests solutions, evaluates risk, and remains accountable for the finished product.

Traditional chain

Business Analyst -> Project Manager -> Architect -> Designer -> Developer -> Data Engineer -> QA -> Consultant

Senior consulting leadership + AI-assisted engineering + direct execution

When things have gone sideways

Sometimes you don't need another developer.

You need someone who can figure out why the entire thing isn't working.

Before AI could write a line of code, Adam was already being brought into organizations to figure out why things weren't working.

  • Failed website projects
  • Broken software implementations
  • Stalled digital initiatives
  • Problematic vendors
  • Inefficient workflows
  • Unreliable reporting
  • Disconnected systems
  • Projects lacking leadership

Capabilities

The technology stack follows the problem.

Charlotte.Guru is not built around a single tool, platform, or service category. The work starts with the business outcome.

Technology capability map

Broad enough to solve the system. Focused enough to ship.

Frontend

Premium websites, web applications, portals, dashboards, responsive interfaces, accessibility, conversion paths, and user experience improvements.

Why Adam

I've spent my career translating between the boardroom and the backend.

I don't approach technology as a developer first. I approach it as a business problem.

My background spans business turnarounds, enterprise program management, business-process consulting, data and analytics, digital operations, and technology implementation. I've led consultants, managed complex enterprise initiatives, run web-development operations, and been responsible for turning business requirements into working solutions.

Today, I combine that experience with AI-assisted engineering to take projects from "we have a problem" to a working solution without requiring clients to assemble an entire consulting and development team.

Author. Strategist. Builder.

The work extends beyond delivery.

Adam's work extends beyond technology delivery into strategy, organizational thinking, business communication, and execution. His publications include The Strategy Code, and his Harvard academic work includes a thesis examining the visual rhetoric of US Airways advertising.

That range matters. Technology problems are rarely just technology problems. They are communication problems, process problems, incentive problems, data problems, and execution problems wearing a technical jacket.

How I work

Simple enough to start. Serious enough to finish.

01

Tell me the problem.

Explain the business outcome, frustration, opportunity, or failure. Technical specifications are optional.

02

I figure out what needs to happen.

The answer might be software, process change, automation, AI, integration, a website, a database, reporting, architecture, leadership, or something simpler.

03

I build or lead the solution.

Use modern development tools, AI-assisted engineering, APIs, cloud platforms, business systems, and appropriate technical resources.

04

We improve it.

Measure results, identify what remains weak, and iterate.

Technology

Core experience, modern leverage.

The tools changed. The job didn't: understand the problem and make it work.

Core experience

Technology leadership, business systems, program recovery, requirements, databases, SQL, reporting, analytics, integrations, SAP/business systems, stakeholder management, and enterprise transformation.

AI-assisted development ecosystem

OpenAI, Codex, AI APIs, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Supabase, REST APIs, GitHub, Vercel, Stripe, Google APIs, automation platforms, analytics tools, and cloud services where appropriate.

You don't need another vendor.

You need the problem solved.
